Leading metrology and manufacturing solution specialist will showcase in Stuttgart the company’s innovative software, which optimises production processes.
Hexagon’s Manufacturing Intelligence Division will demonstrate the company’s expertise and showcase production software and measurement instruments.
In addition to its latest measurement devices such as mobile arms with laser scanners, and measuring systems for tool machines, visitors will also see live demonstrations of production software solutions, from programming in the high-performance Work NC CAM system for two to 5-axis machining, through to collision-proof machining simulation and G-Code verification with NCSIMUL.
The demonstrations will show how cutting paths are programmed in Work NC CAM software via integrated direct CAD interfaces. After the post-processor operation in NCSIMUL, the resulting Work NC program is checked for potential errors and collisions and then optimised, which significantly shortens programming and positioning times in the daily production flow.
At Moulding Expo, the Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence Division will be in Hall 9, Booth D23.
