1. Our Production and Technical Capabilities
Control Cabinet Manufacturing (Schaltschrankbau)
We manufacture control and automation cabinets according to the highest industrial standards: DIN/VDE, EPLAN, and the requirements of mechanical engineering, automation, and mechatronics.
We produce:
- Control and automation cabinets
- Electrical cabinets for machines and production lines
- Component installation according to drawings
- Testing, validation, and technical documentation
Typical lead time: 2–4 weeks (depending on material availability).
Machine Prototypes – Mechanical, Electrical, Pneumatic
We design and build:
- Small industrial plants
- Test equipment and stations
- Development prototypes
- Custom-made special machines
Prototypes include full mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems, wiring, documentation, and functional testing.
Lead time: 4–10 weeks depending on machine complexity.
Small-Series Production (5–20 units)
After prototype validation, we take over the production of small-series machines or devices, including:
- Manufacturing according to technical documentation
- Material procurement
- Assembly and integration
- Testing and verification
Machine dimensions: up to ~3 m height, light to medium structures.
