The pioneering project is BELOTTI INTEGRALE, a two-floors robotic cell developed for Lamborghini SpA, the well-know luxury car’s manufacturer. Thanks to the partnership with KUKA and SIEMENS, Belotti could actually developed a solution where CNC and robots can easily communicate and work together, improving efficiency and safety in an absolutely high-standard industry.

FLA means maximum productivity and flexibility into a series of high-speed, movable bridge machining centers able to answer the manufacturing needs of any specific application filed. Among the end-users, there are internationally well-known producer of the automotive and aerospace sectors as well as suppliers of plastic components and moulds. 80 m/min rapid speed and up to 0.8 g of X -Y -Z axis acceleration represent the necessary requirements for trimming plastic and composite materials as well as for machining light alloys and resin moulds.
Several options, such as modular tool changers (8-48-position) and automated loading/unloading systems (rotary tables or parallel shuttles), could also improve the operating time and efficiency, allowing quicker machining center’s setup and equipment.
